Changelog

Version 1.1.0 – 7 June 2026

What’s new

We’ve expanded Paynecta Pay Links with improved safety controls, better visitor communication tools, and a more consistent user experience when interacting with payment pages.

Safety and reporting improvements
Users can now report suspicious or abusive payment links directly from the payment page. A reporting form is available on all pay links and is intended to help identify cases such as fraud, impersonation, phishing, or unauthorized collection. Each submission is recorded and reviewed through an internal workflow until it is resolved.

Visitor support enhancements
A new contact feature allows visitors to send support requests directly to the owner of a Pay Link. This makes it easier to resolve questions before a transaction is completed. All messages are organized into structured tickets to help owners track and respond efficiently.

Improved handling of invalid links
Pay links that do not exist or are no longer active now display a dedicated branded page instead of a generic error screen, creating a more consistent experience across the platform.

General improvements
We also refined the landing page layout and messaging to improve clarity and onboarding for new users interacting with Paynecta for the first time.
